Gus Balbontin – is the former Executive Director & CTO of Lonely Planet and led a global restructure that reinstated the company’s financial health and resilience. Gus is a world respected and sought after expert on digital disruption & change, is heavily involved in start ups all over the world and is Entrepreneur in Residence at Victoria University. He will be giving delegates and suppliers the inside track on what disruption is, how capitalise on it and why executive level assistants need to know all about it.

Leadership without Rank

Rob Redenbach – A successful 20 year international career in security, including working as adviser to the bodyguard team of Nelson Mandela and teaching self-defence methods to the British SAS and American FBI, Rob has taken the strategies he developed in those environments and evolved his corporate training programme. He is author of Leadership without Rank, and will be giving a copy of his book to every delegate on the day.
