
EAs were invited to meet for the afternoon at a’Mare Crown Sydney where exceptional Australian produce meets Italian nostalgic delight. Designed by acclaimed chef and restaurateur Alessandro Pavoni, a’Mare boasts a prestigious Chef Hat from The Good Food Guide Awards.
The establishment continues to pay tribute to Pavoni’s memories of Italy with dishes that celebrate the simplicity of fine ingredients, telling stories to be savoured of the regions from which they originate.
