Megan Gilmour works at the frontier where agentic technology meets human agency. She founded MissingSchool in a Canberra lounge room, built a world-first human-agentic model, and proved it inside school systems across Australia. She shows governments, businesses, and leaders that change is inevitable, and that agency is meeting the future of change: not resisting it, not waiting for it.
