Bathers’ sits right on beautiful Balmoral Beach and has become an iconic destination in Sydney, only 20 minutes from the city. Serge Dansereau, Owner and Executive Chef, had the opportunity to design and rebuild the new Bathers’ Pavilion including a dedicated private Function Room and Terrace, located on the first floor to cater for our special events, weddings and conferences.
The walls in The Room are covered with 1200 sheets of silver that repeat the theme of the light on the water through the windows. This gives a neutral canvas to work from when designing those important details that create the perfect event. The unique box windows add an extra charm to the overall building.
We cater for groups of 30 to150, wanting either a seated dining experience or a cocktail event. For conferences we can accommodate up to 30 boardroom style and up to 100 theatre style.
Serge’s menus are updated seasonally to ensure your guests are enjoying the best of Australian produce. His dishes, mainly of European influence are creatively blended with fresh seasonal ingredients.
