Hyperlinks included in our sites are entirely owned by the companies concerned and any issues regarding Privacy should be directed to the site owners.

We do not sell or trade your name and details to third parties. We do not collect your details when you use any of our internet sites except where expressly and clearly indicated (for example a competition or membership subscription). Although “cookies” and/or similar technology are built in to our systems we do not use this technology to collect personal details, however we do keep unidentified statistics on how many visitors read specific pages and details on times and dates of visits and time taken to view pages in order to improve our sites.

Our email newsletters have a clear ‘opt-out’ option if you do not wish to receive them and your wishes are acted upon at all times in matters of acceptance.

Where appropriate we will ask you to provide your business email address. Under the Privacy Act we are within our rights to refuse to supply information if we believe it is being sought in a vexatious manner or is a matter that may be subject to legal jurisdiction or information that is exchanged or collected during the normal activities of business to business transactions. General Refund Policy

Hardcopy items – Should you receive any defective hard copy magazine or product from us we will supply you with a replacement version at no cost. If no replacement version is available we will refund your money.

Membership – Refund applications will be carefully considered and given at the discretion of the company management.

Events – Pre-payment is required for all paid events. SPL Learning & Media reserve the right to postpone a scheduled event to a later date, should there be reasonable grounds to do so and all signed agreements will still apply.

In the case of SPL Learning & Media cancelling an event for any reason, a refund will be provided.

Advertising – Pre-payment is required for all digital advertising. All artwork to be supplied as per specifications, any additional works may incur charges. Refund applications will be carefully considered and given at the discretion of the company management.
