About the role

Supported by a small team, your primary responsibility will be to provide an exemplary level of administrative assistance to the CEO and the leadership group.  This will include attendance and minute taking at board and committee meetings, managing a support team of 3, event management, including the AGM and other corporate services events. Other tasks include preparation of agendas, database management etc.

About you

You will be a highly organised person, with a minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO and ideally,  a suitable, business-related Diploma.   It is essential that you have excellent skills in communication and IT and are a quick learner who can take ownership of this important role.  You need the confidence to manage a small team, organise and manage events and to exercise a strong level of confidentiality.
