Alchemy has been plating up exceptional food and service to discerning clientele for the past 16 years. Head Chef Brad Jolly is considered one of Australia’s most influential chefs and has worked alongside Marco Pierre White, and Jamie Oliver.

Owners Brad and Angelica Jolly have created an authentic dining experience that melds an inviting atmosphere, lively bar, and contemporary menu into one unique venue.

Alchemy offers both an inside and outside bar, cheese room for more intimate dining, as well as a private dining area to soak up the sights of the Brisbane River.

Our private dining room can accommodate from as little as 10 and up to 40 guests for a sit-down meal, lunch, or dinner, and from 50-80 guests for cocktail style functions. This room is perfect for networking events, product launches, board room lunch or dinner with a la carte or set menus available. Alchemy can also cater for sole use events for 300+ people.

Expect an array of surprising textures and curious cuisine stemming from a careful selection of local produce and premium wine pairings. Savour dishes such as our Beef Carpaccio with sherry vinegar dressing, Salmone Stagionato with freshly cured salmon, charred cauliflower and sweet pomegranate malaises, Spaghetti Ai Gamberi with fresh prawns, hand crushed tomatoes and Sicilian olives, as well as handmade Gnocchi Al Funghi with forest mushrooms, thyme, and Madeira cream sauce. With a vegetarian and vegan menu on offer, every palate is considered.
