Cielo Rooftop

Want views of Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley skyline while sipping an Aperol Spritz and eating the best produce this side of the Italian Riviera? Welcome to Cielo Rooftop.

The Valley’s latest venue celebrates a northern Italian vibe – think al fresco styling with Mediterranean landscaping, pastels and bright-yellow booths – in the heart of Brisbane’s entertainment precinct atop FV by Peppers.
It has a capacity of 330 people, the entire venue can be hired for that perfect end of year celebration, or you can take a space at the adjacent restaurant or two bars.
Cielo offers an Italian-inspired menu that celebrates local seafood and produce that can be washed down with your favourite tipple.
The Princess Theatre

One of Brisbane’s most recognisable heritage buildings has been transformed into a leading music hall, theatre and events space.
Returned to its sophisticated glory, The Princess Theatre now boasts five unique spaces available for hire, ranging from the 950-standing capacity theatre to The Green Room events space that can sit an intimate group of more than 20.
Looking for a dramatic backdrop for your event? The colonnades and soaring ceiling of The Princess Auditorium will provide a truly majestic setting.
Lead by an experienced events team, The Princess Theatre is set to become one of Brisbane’s most recognisable and sought-after destinations for launches, corporate events, and festivities.
The Sound Garden
Capacity: 770
Searching for a venue that mixes casual-cool vibes and great food as well as stellar entertainment? Look no further than The Sound Garden.
Set around a green atrium complete with a seven-metre tree, The Sound Garden offers spaces for large events or intimate gatherings.

Located on the Brunswick Street Mall, The Sound Garden offers a full range of event options.
YOT Club
Capacity: 400
Does your event demand something different? Why not try a superyacht to transport your guests along the Brisbane River in ultimate style.
The YOT Club is the world’s first superyacht entertainment venue, traversing the waters of Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

There are three superyachts to choose from. The 131-foot YOT Club is a luxury floating oasis for up to 400 people. It features two bars across two levels, which means there is also the option to split the venue into smaller spaces.
For smaller gatherings the 80-foot YOT Blue or YOT 75 feature deluxe cruising for groups of up to 58 or 70, respectively.
This unique venue provides panoramic views and ensures an unforgettable experience with the highest standards of professional service.
Iris rooftop
Capacity: 250
Make the most of Brisbane’s alfresco summers at Iris Rooftop.
High above the bustle of Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley entertainment precinct, Iris channels the seaside from Beirut to Barcelona with cabanas and an abundance of greenery.

Iris offers 360-degree views over the city and the picturesque backdrop is the perfect escape.
Venue spaces range from a private dining area for ten people, a poolside cabana for up to 40, the 50-seat restaurant area, or the Iris Terraza, which can accommodate up to 100 people for a cocktail event.
You can also book the entire space to accommodate up to 250.
The fully stocked cocktail bar complements a Mediterranean menu that heroes the best flavours from southern Europe and northern Africa.
Brisbane Racing Club
Capacity: Approximately 1000
Known for decades as a go-to destination for events, the Brisbane Racing Club is a stalwart on Brisbane’s event scene and offers a range of venues to choose from.

Need a space to entertain 1000 people? Not a problem. Perhaps an intimate old-world bar complete with Chesterfield chairs for a board function of 25? Brisbane Racing Club’s Ascot Bar has this covered.
Select from either indoor or outdoor options across Doomben and Eagle Farm racecourses in Brisbane’s north.
From the fun and brightness of the Champagne Bar to the century-old Tote Room, there are plenty of options that showcase heritage character, as well as contemporary charm.
City Winery
Capacity: 200
Take a seat at the city’s first urban winery in more than 150 years.
From City Winery Brisbane’s converted warehouse in the James Street precinct, winemaker Dave Cush blends Gerler wines before ageing them in the surrounding oak barrels.

Up to 110 people can gather in the barrel room – or up to 80 can sit – for a refined occasion. For smaller groups, opt for the 20-person Private Cellar.
Menus are tailored to your needs, based around local, flame-cooked produce.
Want an activity for your next event instead? How about some group grape crushing? Or a wine-blending workshop? City Winery has all your options covered. And if James Street is booked out, no worries, the team have two other venues at Eagle Street Pier and on Edward Street in the city.
Brisbane Street Games
Capacity: 60 players
Want to catch the Brisbane burglar? Bring the thrill of an escape room or scavenger hunt to your next event with Brisbane Street Games.
Up to 60 people can take part in the active challenge to “solve the crime” on Brisbane’s streets.
Your team will report to Detective Watson who will brief you on the crime, set you up with a kit bag of clues and a map to criss-cross the CBD and crack the case.
An inventive and active way to host an event, Brisbane Street Games not only builds teamwork and communication, but it’s also outdoors and fun.

Did you know Australia’s first Gin School was in Brisbane? The Brisbane Distillery makes its own gins onsite using more than 180 botanicals.

Surrounded by 30 stills at the West End venue, guests learn how to blend their own spirit.
At Gin School groups also learn about the history and mixing process to blend the perfect refreshment, while dining on charcuterie boards and sipping cocktails.
Separately, Brisbane Distillery runs the True Spirit Bus. This converted 1974 Atlantean double-decker transforms to a one-of-a-kind cocktail venue that seats 25 people on the top level.
