Also known as deep friend green curry chicken wing, this dish was created for especially the new Benjarong restaurant. A traditional Thai dish, it’s made with sliced chicken, served in green curry soup and paired with Jasmine rice – but, to give a modern twist, it’s made out of a chicken wing, stuffed with all the ingredients of a traditional green curry. It comes with a choice of three sauces – a tamarind sauce (a mix of spicy, sour and sweet), a homemade sweet chilli sauce or a spicy mayo, which combines mayonnaise, Thai sriracha sauce and Thai herbs.
