For those who attended the 2017 Executive PA Awards at Doltone House Hyde Park, it will be in your recent memories. The event was a perfect evening of entertainment and fine food, where Doltone House Executive Chef, John Edmond, showcased the award-winning cuisine that the group is renowned for. Designed from seasonally available produce and high-quality ingredients, guests enjoyed a selection of warm and cold canapés on arrival, herb rolled lamb back strap for entrée, alternate serve confit duck and king salmon for main, and a fresh and cleansing pistachio raspberry slice for dessert.
