New sexual assault claims from rapper’s ex-PA

Lauren Pisciotta, the former personal assistant to global music superstar Kanye West who accused him of firing her after sexually harassing her, has now amended the lawsuit to include some new claims. Most recently, she reported that during a studio session with the artist in California, he drugged and sexually assaulted her.

Industry magazine Rolling Stone published excerpts of the lawsuit, explaining that she was invited to the session with a former artist manager client. Drinks were served – and there was said to have been an announcement that everyone had to drink if they wished to stay.

The lawsuit continues: “Unbeknownst to Plaintiff, the drink she was served was laced with an unidentified drug. After a few small sips of the beverage poured at the direction of Kanye West, a.k.a. Ye, by a studio assistant and then served to her by Kanye West a.k.a. Ye, Plaintiff suddenly started to feel disoriented.

“As Plaintiff began to slip into an altered and heavily impaired state, she felt less in control of her body and speech and that is where Plaintiffs memories of that night escape her.”

Pisciotta maintains that she woke “physically ill and confused” the next day and felt “immense shame and embarrassment for not being able to recall a single detail of her night after those initial sips of her drink.”

But it is only now, years on from the session – which took place on an unspecified date – that her former boss revealed they had “hooked up”. And as a result, Pisciotta became aware of the alleged assault.

She said that she told West she had no memories of the evening and, according to the lawsuit, the rapper laughed and said: “Women love to say they don’t remember.”

Prior to these new claims, the ex-PA had accused West of sexual harassment, breach of contract, and wrongful termination. Her claims included him sending explicit messages to her and carrying out sexual acts in her company.
