An extensive renovation of the conference and events facilities at DoubleTree by Hilton Alice Springs has taken place, resulting in more than 850 square metres of modern and flexible function space.
Conveniently located 15-minute drive from the airport, and nestled between the only casino and Golf Course in Alice Springs, all five dedicated meeting rooms have been upgraded. Outdoor cocktail receptions can also be held overlooking the MacDonnell Ranges for up to 1000 people.
General manager Todd Grierson says, “the refurbished meeting space is a fresh take on what was already one of the nation’s leading environmentally sustainable venues. The renovations have provided guests with more flexibility and control of their event styling, coupled with modern onsite audio-visual equipment and Alice Springs’ only Grand Ballroom accommodating up to 400 guests.”
