Spend a night at Eureka 89 enjoying one of Melbourne’s most exquisite dining experiences
Mark Shaw, General Manager at Eureka 89, invites you to experience the latest event and dining offerings at one of Melbourne’s classiest venues. Join us for this one-day event on 8 July to discover what Eureka 89 has on offer for your next offsite event. The invitation is open to all Victorian and interstate Executive PA members.
Eureka 89 is a dining room and event space located on the top floor of Melbourne’s iconic Eureka Tower. Sitting at 300 metres above sea level, it is the highest dining & event space in the southern hemisphere. The venue’s floor to ceiling windows give 360 degrees views of Melbourne, which make for a spectacular view. The Eureka 89 kitchen is led by award-winning Executive Chef, Renee Martillano. Renee’s ever-changing chef’s tasting menus adapt to seasons, working closely with local Victorian & Australian producers to deliver modern Australian menus committed to showcasing the best seasonal produce available.
“We are always excited to have key event planners visit us and experience our incredible venue. As the Southern Hemisphere’s highest event and dining venue, we find that once event planners see, feel, taste and imbibe our unique experiences, they quickly build an understanding and appreciation of just how special and unique this premium venue is—generating more interest for not just corporate events but personal celebration events, such as weddings and degustation dining experiences, too,” says Mark Shaw, General Manager.
Guests will be welcomed with a red-carpet entrance before taking the lift to Eureka 89 on the top floor. Guests will be then be invited to enjoy pre-tour cocktails & canapés before embarking on a tour of the venue. After the tour, guests will settle in to dine on our chef’s six course tasting menu before concluding the evening.
Eureka 89 wants EAs to experience their exquisite dining offerings and get a taste of what an event experience would be at the venue.
“We are very excited to host the PA family in our venue as it is a space which really needs to be experienced. You just can’t capture views of Melbourne, from the sunset to the city lights coming to life, or the quality and care our chef’s put into the dishes without experiencing it in person,” says Tobin Hartley, Business Development Manager.
