About the role

We are looking for an event manager and office administration all-rounder to join our close-knit team. The position involves organising events for our audience of Executive & Personal Assistants both within Australia and New Zealand. As the events manager, you will be responsible for organising and facilitating every element of an event, from promotion, to gathering attendees, right through to the organisation and management of the day(s).

As an office all-rounder, the applicant will also be responsible for basic administrative and office management tasks, such as ordering supplies for the office, managing travel for the team and account keeping.

About you

A young, hard-working person, looking for a new challenge. The role requires an understanding of Microsoft Windows and Office software, plus a willingness to develop competencies with new software such as WordPress, Xero and other programs used in-house. The applicant must be able and willing to travel often, both interstate and overseas. Previous experience is not required.
