About the role

Your primary responsibility, supported by a small team, will be to ease the workload of the Chief Executive, by providing an exemplary level of administrative assistance.  This will include attendance and minute taking at board and committee meetings, managing a small team and managing events, including the AGM and other corporate services events.  Other duties will include database management, preparation of agendas etc. This is definitely an important and busy role.

About you

You will be a highly organised person, with at least 5 years experience as a C-Suite Executive Assistant and ideally, a suitable, business-related diploma.

It is essential that you have excellent skills in IT and grammar, together with fast, accurate typing.

You will be a strong communicator, skilled in prioritising, able to work calmly in a high-speed environment and quick to take ownership of this important role.
