Have your Say – 2026 Executive Assistant Corporate Event Organiser Survey

Prior to COVID Executive PA Media, in partnership with industry stakeholders ran an annual national survey to give Executive Assistants a direct voice in how the events industry serves them. The insights proved so valuable that the findings have been used by state governments and industry bodies to support funding, infrastructure and policy decisions.

After several years of disruption, the business-events landscape has changed dramatically. Budgets, travel patterns, hybrid meetings, supplier relationships and risk management have all shifted — and many EAs are being asked to deliver more with less, in an environment that looks very different to the one that existed before COVID.

That is why we are now relaunching the survey.

This survey is designed to help better understand how your role, needs and challenges have evolved, and how suppliers and destination bodies might better support Executive Assistants in a post post-COVID environment and beyond.

It contains seven short sections (the first is the longest) and takes no more than 12 minutes to complete. As a thank-you for contributing you will receive an advance copy of the published report, which will be available at this year’s AIME (Asia Pacific Incentives & meetings) event on the 9th to 11th February in Melbourne.
