Auckland has made an impressive climb of 14 places in the International Congress and Convention Association rankings – placing it at number 79 (up from 93 last year). According to Auckland Convention Bureau’s manager Anna Hayward “Auckland has shifted 32 places in the rankings since 2014 and this is before the New Zealand International Convention Centre (NZICC) is open.”
Each year the report ranks destinations’ meetings-related performance on a global scale.
