Apply for funding of up to $50,000
If you’re planning a national association or corporate meeting for 2027 or 2028, the Western Sydney Meetings Fund can provide financial support to help bring your event to Western Sydney.
Eligible events may receive $50 per registered in‑person delegate (excl. GST).
Your event may be eligible to apply if it:
- Is a national association or corporate conference, meeting or convention
- Attracts 300+ in‑person delegates, with at least 40% travelling from outside NSW
- Is held entirely within eligible Western Sydney local government areas
- Is still in the bidding stage (host destination not yet selected)
- Will confirm the successful host destination on or before 31 December 2026
