Hats off to our Sydney EAs who braved the Sydney weather and turned out in force for a great evening. Joining them was Melinda Jane, Executive Assistant to the CEO at ICC and who performed the welcome and introduced the venue.
The audience were delighted by the food and wine experience. Stimulated by their engaging hosts executive chef, Tony Panetta and William Wilson, beverage operations and cellar manager, the evening was filled with merriment and approving nods as our guests got to sample exactly what the venue can do when it comes to pairing food and wine.
