Transform your company culture and boost morale with globally-recognised FISH! training and Corporate Challenge Events

Over the next few months, EAs will have the opportunity to attend an event in Brisbane, Perth or Auckland to learn about FISH! training, an exciting concept that aims to strengthen corporate relationships and improve performance. Corporate Challenge Events is one of just a handful of providers who offer FISH! in Australia and New Zealand.

The FISH! Philosophy is said to be a proven way of finding joy and energy in work and, when a team follows the practices, it builds trust, teamwork, appreciation and accountability, which ultimately boosts engagement, morale, customer service, innovation and employee retention – what’s not to like?

The series of events will be very social in nature, with drinks and canapes galore, as well as plenty of opportunities to ask questions and network; all in a beautiful setting. And, like any Executive PA Media event, there’ll be an opportunity for event booking EAs to explore the venue, view its conference and meeting spaces, and check out accommodation and restaurant facilities.

There’ll be a major prize – to be revealed on the morning – for one lucky guest at each event, and exclusive offers for all assistants who attend.

Dwain Richardson, managing director at Corporate Challenge Events says: “FISH! training has transformed the culture and performance of organisations around the world and yet is so simple to apply.”

“We look forward to providing EAs with an insightful event – I’ll present the story of FISH! and explain how it can empower you to contribute to the success of your team, and improve your relationship with your boss and colleagues. It’ll be a great opportunity to network with your industry colleagues and familiarise yourself with a wonderful venue that provides conferencing and meeting space.”
